I wanted to eat Peking duck, so I made a reservation. There were people who had come to the store before us, but they didn't seem to have made a reservation, so they had to give up. It might be difficult to make a reservation until around 9:00pm, but if you go after that, there are a few empty seats, so if it's late you can get in without a reservation, but I think it's safe to make a reservation. I thought it would take a long time, so I ordered Peking duck first and then ate other food while I waited. The Peking duck appeared after I had eaten about 3 or 4 dishes, so I think it was just right. Although the Peking duck is a bit meaty, it is filling and has a delicious crispy skin. The gochujang garnish is a must. It's completely different with and without this. After that, stir-fry and soup were served using the leftover Peking duck, and the soup had a strong chicken flavor and was also delicious. Gyoza / Dumpling are large and filled with filling, so you'll be completely satisfied. I chose the stone-grilled mapo tofu to be medium-spicy, with a strong numbing effect, but it wasn't spicy at all, so unless you're not into it, you could probably go for a spicy level. Stir-fried mutton on an iron plate has a strong cumin flavor and a unique taste, so people may be divided on whether they like it or not. As for alcohol, the highball was super cheap at 100 yen, but I couldn't taste the carbonation at all, giving the impression that I was drinking water. It might be good for people who are okay with drinking alcohol.
