今回は新大久保にある韓国広場に行って参りました。
こちらは韓国現地の商品が幅広く揃っており、本場のキムチ、チャンジャをはじめ、肉やお菓子、飲み物まで、本場の味、本場の調味料などが揃っております。
今回は、チャンジャにコチュジャンを頂きましたが、韓国伝統の製法で作られた味で、熟成された旨味と深い味わいとてもおいしかったです。
