葛のネットリ感にタップリ過ぎる柚子の香り、レンジで温めていただく冬の銘菓と言えよう。

西湖のようなインパクトはないものの、プルリンッとした食感と抑えられた甘みと小豆の風味楽しいこれからの季節には嬉しい水菓子！
【11/11月】
嬉しい差し入れ。和久傳2品です。
魚沼コシがちょうど炊き上がり。Good timingです。茶漬けにするので、少しさましたところへ、ひとつまみ。
お茶をかける前にひとつまみ。上品な味と山椒の良い香りが口に広がります。
おちゃをかけると、さらに香りが引き立ちます。
西湖はねっとりプルンプルンの食感に、和三盆のすっきりした甘さに、笹の爽やかなアクセントが、嬉しい御菓子です。
京都まで、食べに行くことはできないので、自宅で、京懐石のお食事と御菓子の雰囲気を楽しみました。
