"Mos Burger" is a Hamburger specialty store that was born in Japan and values Japanese flavors.
Since opening in 1972, the company has been committed to providing delicious food, and does not prepare products in advance, but instead makes each product after an order is placed. In addition, the c |
This is a Mos Burger located along Kotakibashi Street, near the west exit of Shinjuku Station. The inside of the store is long and narrow, with two-person table seats and counter seats lined up from the entrance to the back. Beyond that is the cash register, where you order, but there is also seating at the back right. This is mostly table seating. I visited during the morning hours from opening to 10:30. Sets of one burger and a drink are available from 440 yen. I had the Morning Dog and Drink Set (440 yen) I chose a blended coffee drink. Since the coffee is prepared after the order is placed, the drink is served first. The coffee is brewed with a machine that extracts it each time. It is authentic coffee with crema. It is also nice that it is served in a ceramic cup. It has a delicious bitterness and a moderate acidity. It is a high-quality coffee for a fast food restaurant. The morning dog is characterized by its fluffy bread, which is lightly toasted. The sausage is not a single long one, but two shaweessen. If you can't chew the sausage with the skin on, you'll end up eating it all in one go, but that's not an issue, which is nice. There's plenty of ketchup and mustard on top. It's just right, and it matches the taste of the Schauessen. There's also a good amount of fresh lettuce in the middle, so I think it's good. By the way, there are no lettuce in the regular Hot Dog. The overall finish is similar to a Mos Burger. Even though Hot Dog are American food, the bread has a mild flavor, and the Schauessen made by Nippon Ham is probably why they have that flavor. It's fast food, but it was a nice, gentle breakfast. The coffee is good, Hot Dog are delicious, and it's just right for a light breakfast. It's quieter in the morning than other times, so it might be a good place to have breakfast.
