新宿駅の京王デパート内にはいっているこのお店。
同一フロアにはデリや洋菓子や和菓子やお茶やら、いろいろと入っています。
そして、いっつもそれなりに賑わっています。
明治２年創業だそうです。すごい歴史ですね。
■あんバターホイップ
今回はこれしか食べてないので、これだけの評価となります。
パンはかなり軽い感じです。トースターで焼くとパリパリ。
中のクリームが溶け出してアンコとの絡みもとっても良くて美味しかったです。
食べるときはトーストすることがポイントかもしれません。
次回は違うのも試してみたいと思います。
