友人のおススメで、『鉄板焼き ステーキ 湛山(タンザン)』 @tanzan_steak へ。
新宿三丁目の歓楽街というかなりディープなエリアにありますが、2009年より営業している、
近隣にお住まいの方はもちろんのこと、接待需要や同伴など、リピート客に愛されているお店。
今回いただいたのは、活け鮑付き【湛山コース】
厳選A5黒毛和牛サーロイン100gや活け鮑等全8品、12,000円のコース♪
これに伊勢海老を追加でオーダーしたり、ステーキもランクアップしていただきました。
その他のコースは6,980円、9,800円、10,000円、16,500円、20,000円と用途によって使い分けができそうですね！
友人は妙齢な美女なので、こういうお店知ってるんですよね。
活鮑や伊勢海老などをいけすから取り出し焼いてくれて、鮑もピクピク動いています。鮮度がいいー。
松坂牛なども取り扱うお店で、この日は宮城牛でしたが、お肉の仕入れにもこだわっているとか。
他にもフレンチ出身のシェフが作る、スープや前菜なども魅力的。
契約農家から仕入れるなど、他のお料理もしっかり楽しめました。
葡萄の葉っぱの乗ったパールコーンの冷製スープの甘いこと！氷で冷やされているので、とても涼しげ。
見せ場のフランベはフランス産のフォアグラで！今フォアグラもなかなか手に入りませんので、貴重ですね！！
新宿って美味しいものを見つけるのが本当に大変なんですが、こちらは接待などにも対応できるクオリティー。
鉄板焼きというシンプルな調理法で焼き上げる食材のクオリティーや
フランス料理の技法を用いたお料理の数々など、ホテルにも劣らないクオリティーのお料理を、
落ち着いた接客の中いただきました。やっぱり鉄板焼きって見応えありますよね〜♪個室もあるので会食にぴったりのお店でした♪
