個人経営っぽいお店の中は、少し古い雰囲気のある感じ。
カウンターに座り、サバ焼き定食を注文。
魚はご主人がその場で網で焼きあげてくれる。
網の上で次第に色が変わっていく魚の様子は見ていても楽しく、まさに生唾ごっくんもの。
こんがりと焼きあげられたサバは脂がしっかりと載っていて、まさにジューシーという感じ。
熱々のうちに食べきるのがおすすめ。
定食は他にご飯、漬物、味噌汁がつく。
定食全体としては、ちょっと量が少ないかもしれない。
