新宿三丁目にあるある「ラ パウザ」で、ピザとパスタ1,030円を食べた。明治通りと新宿通りの三丁目交差点の角にあるビル5階にあるパスタ屋。17時までランチタイムのメニューが選べる。注文したのは本日のランチパスタで鳥とキノコの和風パスタ700円と、サラミハーフピザ330円である。
ピザは生地がクラッカーのようにパリパリしていて、ナポリピザの範疇に入るのか微妙なもの。サラミと玉ねぎが乗り、トマトソースで味付けしたそれは前菜と呼ぶに相応しいライトなピザだ。パスタは細麺が固茹でしてあり、キノコとささ身にニンニクと醤油で味付けしてある。ドリンクバーも付いて700円なので、コスパ重視の店として使えるものだ。
