お菓子大好きな夫が、こちらのお店で「生チョコレートケーキ」を買ってきました。
お店には何種類かのチョコレートケーキがあり、どれにしようかと迷っていたら、
「これがいちばん売れていますよ」とお店の人に教えてもらい、購入したそう。
さっそく夕食後に、コーヒーとともにいただきました。
生チョコレートケーキ 1050円
箱はしっかりしていて大きめですが、ケーキは2人で食べきれるか、やや多いくらいの量です。
ココアパウダーがたっぷりかかったスポンジケーキは柔らかくてフワフワ。
しっとりしていて、キメが細かいです。
スポンジの中央に生チョコレートが入っていますが、その量は少なめで、
スポンジとのバランスをやや欠いています。
スポンジも生チョコレートもカカオの風味が弱くて甘さは控えめ。
なんとなく物足りないというか、さっぱりしているというか……。
スイーツ好きの私たちは、｢あっさりしすぎだね」「濃度が少し足りないね」などと言いながら、
結局、その日のうちにみんな食べてしまいました。
