新宿三丁目の割と新しいお店。
二段味変味噌という名前が目に付き、こちらのつけ麺を注文。
食べてる途中に肉味噌とマー油を投入することで、
味の変化を楽しめるということです。
まずは、ノーマルな状態で頂きますが、この状態でも十分に旨いです。
味噌のつけだれは気持ちしょっぱいかなという感じもしますが、
これで終わりと言われても特に文句は無いレベルです。
少し食べたところで肉味噌を投入。確かに結構印象が変わります。
肉味噌は山椒も入っているのかな。ピリッとした風味と挽肉の旨みが広がって
これはかなり好きな味です。
最後のマー油は個人的にはそこまで印象かわらなかったけど、
最後までかなり美味しく頂けました。
