平日13時半頃に1人で訪問。新宿三丁目駅直結ですぐ。
駅地下の飲食店街の一角にある。券売機で先に買ってから並ぶ(現金のみ)
メニューは看板メニューのつけ麺とラーメンもある。サイドメニューも充実。
店内は満席で一組待ちだったが、5分程で席に案内される。
店内は三日月型のカウンターに11席ある。アクリル板で仕切られている。駅そばのような気軽さがいい。
★特製煮干しつけ麺 1300円(税込み)
・並盛か大盛どちらか選ぶ(料金は同じ)
・5分程で出来上がり
・煮干しととんこつをバランスよく融合したスープが濃厚でコクが抜群。煮干しの力強さはそのままに、とんこつの持ち味も生かしながら旨味が凝縮されている。つやつやつで喉ごしのいい太麺がよく絡む。
・チャーシューは鶏チャーシューと豚チャーシューが2枚づつ。旨味が出ていてあっさりな味わい。
・麺は普通盛りにしたがやや少なく感じた。お腹が空いているときは大盛でもいいかもしれない。
