浅草今半は、豪華すき焼きで有名！
庶民は無理なので(笑)
せめて今半すき焼き丼で、片鱗でもと～ (*^-^*)
★今半牛丼♪
説明書どうり、たれに肉を入れて火にかけてほぐし、
味つけ糸こんにゃくを加えます～
お弁当のご飯の上にのせたんですが…
う～ん
吉野家の味に慣れすぎているのか(笑)
いまいち高級感が感じられません…
お肉が、フレーク状なのも
関係していると思われます～
★しめじ炊き込みご飯♪
もとの具材に、人参・うすあげ・鶏・椎茸と
パック出汁を加えて、
がばちゃん風に仕上げると、
中々美味しかった!(^^)!
