オヤジの胃にはキツくなってきた脂っこさ
新宿にある「松屋」で、牛丼豚汁セット580円を食べた。西口エリアにある新宿郵便局の近くにある店。セットは豚汁が30円引きのフェアをやっていた。
牛丼チェーン店の中でも、松屋は薄味のヘルシーなものを提供している頭であったが、最近は牛脂がたっぷりと入った脂っこさが気になる。これは、自分の老化でそう感じるのか、実際にコッテリさが増しているのか⁈
豚汁もやや脂っこいが、具沢山なので気に入っている。難点としては、気を利かしているのかもしれないが、猫舌には熱すぎる汁の温度。
新商品のうどんを食べてみた件
新宿にある「松屋」で出勤前に朝うどん380円を食べた。新商品として販売し出したことを知って、うどん好きとしては一度食べてみなければと思い行ってみた。新宿郵便局近くの新宿西口店にしたが、店内が改装されセルフ方式になっている。
朝うどんはネギのみの素うどんで、スープは肉吸いをベースにした白い色をしている。あっさりとした味だが、魚介系とは異なり肉っぽいものではある。麺は
カト吉の冷凍うどんに似ており、駅うどんよりクオリティは高いが、特徴のない柔らかいものである。
これだけを食べに来店するかといえば少々厳しく、牛丼の肉が入った肉うどんにするとか、ミニうどんと牛皿にした方が良さそうだ。

定食は豚汁をメインとして、牛小鉢と味海苔、お新香が付く。牛小鉢からどんぶりに移すと牛丼ができてしまう。豚汁は毎度熱過ぎるが、具材が多くて食べ応えがある。
