「牛たん 荒 新宿西口店」さんへ
最近2000円前後で、なかなか良い牛タンを食べれない。
かと言って3000円は出せないし、、、
牛タン定食並盛り 1950円(税抜)
う〜ん、ちょっと半信半疑。
そんな気持ちを抱きつつ、地下2Fへと降りて行った。
オーダーから10分少々で着膳。
おっ、パッと見イイ感じ。
一口。
うんうん、旨い。
タレを付けて表面を軽く焦がしているので、旨味が出ている。
メイラード反応ってやつね。
焼き手さん、スキルありますねぇ。
とろろも、出汁が効いてて旨い。
おみ漬けも、旨い。
こりゃ大盛りだったかな。
