厚切りで脂がのった牛タン定食をいただきました。
お昼は定食の人も多いかと思いますが、
夜はお酒利用される方が多いみたいです。
プリっとコリっと食感が美味しくて、
やはりチェーンとは違うなぁという印象でした。
気分の問題か、おかわり自由の麦ごはんやとろろまで美味しく感じました。
ゆでたんはお箸で切れるくらいの柔らかさ。
食べたことなかったので頼んでみて良かったですが、個人的にはやはり焼いた方が好きだなぁと思いました。
