小田原にあるイタリアン、イルマーレのお惣菜のお店です。
そのせいか、鮮魚を使ったお惣菜がおいしいと思います。
まぐろのカルパッチョは下味がついた厚切りのまぐろ。そのまま食べてもおいしいのですが、塩が別添えにあって、自宅で食べるときに好みでふりかけるスタイル。これだと、家でお皿に並べて自分で作ったという演出もできるかも？
それに比べると生ハムのサラダは普通。かぼちゃが特徴なのですが、分量が多くはいってくるので少し重いと感じました。
あと、生ハムは分量が多いのだけれどくせを感じます。熟成したタイプを使っているのか、私の好みとは少し違う味です。
日によって変わるのかもしれませんが。。
