小田原 早川のイタリアンレストラン イルマーレの味を惣菜で楽しめるというので新宿に買いに行ってきました。新宿西口・京王百貨店の地下食品 デリコーナーに「マーレ・デリ」は有ります。普通の惣菜売り場と間違えそうで・・・レストラン・イルマーレの惣菜売り場とは気がつかない人がいるかもしれません。変な高級感を演出しないさりげなさです。
買い物したのは、「真イワシのジャガイモ巻き」と「ホワイト・バルサミコのサラダ」
「真イワシのジャガイモ巻き」は、せん切りのジャガイモを真イワシに巻いて揚げてあるのですが・・・これがサクサク食感が楽しいし、真イワシの旨味もたっぷり。売り場で奥様方には、割高の惣菜に見えるかもしれないけれどい・・・食べてみれば￥２９４/１本は、お買い得。サラダは、ホワイト・バルサミコ・ドレッシングのサラダを試しましたが、しっかりバルサミコ味で爽やかな香り。サラダの野菜もシャキシャキです。
レストラン・イルマーレのように素材そのものの味を活かしたアッサリ味。比較的軽めの赤ワイン（ピノ・ノワールとかサンジョベーゼ）などや酸味のとがっていない白ワインと合わせると楽しい家飲みタイムになるでしょう。
