雨の新宿三丁目を独り歩き、ドミニカを目指しました。
スープカレーの大人気店と構えていましたが、すんなり入れました。注文はスマホ読み取り方式です。居酒屋っぽい。
チキンの骨なし、３辛、ご飯普通盛り、オリジナルスープで注文しました。
着丼でびっくり。野菜がふんだん。茄子、ゴボウ、いんげん、人参、カボチャ、じゃがいもなどなど。透明なスープです。
どうやって食べるのが正解なのか分からず、とりあえず、少しずつスプーンでご飯をすくってスープに絡め食べ始めましたが、最終的にはまどろっこしくなり、上から投入しました。でもこれが正解な気がしました。
チキンがホロホロで本当に美味しい。きっと、チキンをライスと見たて、崩しながら、野菜と一緒に書き込むスタイルがなお正解な気がしました。
ゴボウまでもが柔らかく、結構感動しました。
スープはドロッとした方が好きなので、次回は違う味のスープにチャレンジしたいです。ご馳走さまでした。
