都内に何店舗かある大勝軒のフランチャイズ？的なチェーン店。創業者は大勝軒の最後の弟子ではあるみたい。
つけ汁はデフォで油分多め。油でマスキングされて出汁感は捉えられなかった。あくまで化調で食べさせる仕様。ほんのりと酸味が効いているのと魚粉に大勝軒らしさを感じなくもなかったが、東池袋のお店の一杯と比較してはいけない。麺は大盛まで無料。中太ストレートで茹で置きじゃ無かったのは好印象。野菜は提供直前に中華鍋で炒められる。シャキシャキな野菜を摂取できるは嬉しい。ご馳走様でした。
