つけ麺の生みの親、山岸氏の遺志を継いだ、大勝軒まるいち
魚介・野菜・豚骨をふんだんに使用した自家製 魚介豚骨を使用したスープ、製麺所と共同開発した香り高いもちもちの卵麺。 |
久しぶりに立ち寄りました。
休日の昼過ぎ、昼食には遅すぎる時間帯でしたが、店内はなかなかの賑わい。
回転が早いので待つことなく入店できました。
前回は熱盛りにして途中から麺がベタついてきたのが気になったので、今回は冷たい麺でお願いしました。

★大盛り ¥100
あまりメニューを見ずに食券を購入したのですが、シンプルなつけ麺はシナチク少しとチャーシューのみ。
それでもつけ汁が美味しいので食が進みました。
お腹が空いていたので大盛り(普通の1.5倍)をお願いしましたが、なかなか麺が減らずかなりのボリュームがありました。
途中チャーシューを食べると冷たくて、その頃にはつけ汁も冷めてしまっていたのですが、チャーシューはつけ汁が温かいうちに汁につけるべきでした。
お腹パンパンになりましたが、最後まで美味しくいただきました。
