I went looking for a shop where you can make your own kotegaeshi. From now on, if you want to eat okonomiyaki in Tokyo, this is the restaurant for you. We went up the steep stairs to the third floor and there were two grills lined up facing the windows. You can enjoy grilling and eating okonomiyaki by yourself. Read it from your smartphone and add toppings etc. to your order. There were instructions on how to bake it, as well as a lid and an hourglass, but I didn't need them. I baked it at my own pace and it was delicious.
