PR for restaurants |
Affordable, safe, and delicious.
We use carefully selected ingredients and have established a thorough quality and safety management system. Our lineup includes the classic beef bowl and curry, various Yakiniku (Grilled meat) set mea |
Although the restaurant is in Shinjuku, it is located between Shinjuku Station and Hatsudai, not in a busy area. Perhaps because of this, it is a small Matsuya. There are only about 10 counter seats inside the restaurant. The reason for the small number of seats is that they have thinned out the space to prevent it from becoming too cramped due to the installation of acrylic panels as a countermeasure against COVID-19. What I had was: ■Founding Beef Curry Hamburg (720 yen) Hamburg is in the curry, and the rice is served on a curry plate with fukujinzuke pickles on the side. Since it is Matsuya, miso soup is also included if you eat in the restaurant. Matsuya's curry is highly rated among Gyudon (Beef bowl) bowl chain restaurants, and Matsuya also uses the name "My Curry Cafeterias" as a selling point. It is for that reason that you can see the crumbly meat fibers and taste the deliciousness of the meat. It is cheap and well-made, so if you have a small appetite, the founding beef curry alone will be enough to satisfy you. The roux contains onions, but they are cut into relatively large pieces, and they are not overcooked, so the texture remains, which is nice. Hamburg is placed here and is quite juicy. Although it is a little oily, it is a well-made Hamburg and goes quite well with the curry. The curry is heavy considering its volume, with the fat from the oil used to fry Hamburg being present. This hearty feeling is part of Matsuya's appeal and is sure to be a hit with the masses. It is a menu that other companies cannot offer, combining Matsuya's strength of delicious curry with Matsuya's efforts to focus on set meals. Creating value through this kind of combination increases customer satisfaction and allows the restaurant to increase the unit price, so it is a win-win. I hope they continue to develop menus like this.
