数年振りに訪問。
ランチで汁なし担々麺をいただきました。
こちらのお店のランチタイムは、水餃子と味付け玉子が食べ放題！
黒酢、辣油をお好みでかけていただきます。
水餃子は皮がもちっとした本場の味で、旨い！
味玉も癖になる味で、メインが来る前に思わず食べ過ぎてしまうのが難点。
注文して5分程で汁なし担々麺が到着。
こちらは注文時に辛さや麺の量の調整を無料で頼むことができるのですが、辛めで頼んで、自分は丁度いい感じです。
花椒の爽やかな香りに痺れ、そこにガツンとくる辛み、もちもちの細麺、シャキシャキした野菜のさっぱり感に、挽肉や辣油の旨みが複雑に絡み合い、めちゃくちゃ旨い！
本場四川の味を日本で堪能できる、数少ない坦々麺です。
玉子スープは薄め。
旨いかと言われると微妙ですが、麻辣の刺激に疲れた口内を癒してくれます。
坦々麺完食後は、セットに付いている甘〜いオーギョーチで、口の中の痺れと辛さを相殺。
この相殺される瞬間が心地良いのは、自分だけでしょうか？
