以前、「人生最高レストラン」(TBS)でモデルの梨花さんが“日本に帰国した際に必ず立ち寄る店”と紹介して以来、自分も定期的に通い続けている「とんかつ和幸」さんのワンランク上の店舗で場所はコチラ新宿伊勢丹さんの1店舗だけとなっています。
最近はインバウンドの影響もあってかゴールデンタイムや週末は外国人でかなりの行列ですが、うまく時間を見計らってデッドタイムを狙えば並ばずに済みます。
自分は必ず広いカウンターに座り、まるでお寿司屋さんのようなオープンキッチンの調理工程を眺めながら毎回食事をしています。
とにかく匠庵さんのとんかつは素晴らしく、どの部位を食べても美味しいですが自分はいつも鹿児島黒豚ロースカツと大海老フライを必ず注文します。
付け合わせのお新香、豚汁としじみを選べるお味噌汁。これにキャベツとご飯を合わせた4つは当然全ておかわり自由で毎回お腹いっぱいになります。
今回もモチロン同じメニューを注文し、完食させて頂きました。近々また再訪します。ごちそうさまでした！
