昼過ぎに訪問。こちらのお店は何年ぶりでしょうか。再評価のため訪問することにしました。
すいています。
入店直後に電子タバコを席で吸ってる方がいて驚きましたが、空いていたので離れた席なら、と思い入りました。
店員はフロアは一人でなんの説明もないですがタブレットで注文しました。餃子5個の定食です。
他の客もいないのになかなか来ません。不安になった頃来ました。注文から11分で到着です。
餃子は皮がしっかりしています。焼き目も綺麗で皮の食感はカリッとしていて良いです。形も揃っていて綺麗な並びです。
餃子は大きくて一見迫力がありますが、餡は少なめ。肉汁はほぼないです。
野菜はニラとにんにく、玉ねぎ？とキャベツの食感がわずかに残り、豚肉は細かい挽肉で豚肉の旨みや風味はあまり感じないです。
餃子は大きめに見えるのですが餡が少なめなので量的には物足りないです。でももう少し追加しようにもまた10分以上待つようだときついかな、と思い退店しました。
店内は入る前からごちゃごちゃしていて良くも悪くもカオス感満載の酒場、という雰囲気で和風に寄せている大陸系中華、といった印象です。（個人の感想です） お皿とか料理は綺麗なんですけどね。
価格は安いです。餃子もある中華居酒屋、という使い方がいいのかもしれません。タバコが苦手でなければ、というところでしょうか。
