気温30度超えの5月中旬東京新宿駅、用事が終わり13時に新宿東口でさて何を食べようかと・・・昨日お酒を飲みすぎてしまい、お腹に入りやすい食べ物と言ったら・・・ラーメン、いや2日前にラーメン食べたばかりなので、今日はワンタン麺にしよう！！
食べログで調べたら新宿駅の東口と西口どちらもあるワンタンのお店、「広州市場」に。
店につくと2人しか並んでおらず、5分程度で着席。
まず目についたのは、「こだわりの塩」と書かれた大きなポスター。すぐに塩味で決まり！
広州雲呑麺塩味924円を注文。私の前には何やら薬味が全部で5種類。食欲をそそるな〜
丼の中に並々と入ったスープ、塩味のいかにも美味しそうな香り(^o^)よだれがでてきた・・
まずはスープを一口・うん、予想通りあっさりしてうまい。
ラーメンは細麺で、10個？ワンタン入っていてボリュームたっぷりだから、食べやすい細麺が嬉しい〜。そしていよいよワンタンは、、、①から⑥までの食べ方があり、
①そのまま
②食べるラー油
③玉ねぎ甘酢
④塩しょうが
⑤黒酢
⑥食べるラー油＋酢
私の独断ですが、⑥の「食べるラー油＋酢」の食べ方が、ラー油のアブラとさっぱりした酢が口の中で絶妙なバランスを醸し出して一番に思いました！！！
ただ、③④⑤はワンタンに入っている肉のしつこさを消して口の中をリセットしてくれる役割があり欠かせません。中でも④が個人的には⑥に次ぐ美味！！
（余談ですが、③はワンタンを口に吸い込むときに細かい玉ねぎも口に入ると、そのまま肺にはいっていしまい咳き込んでしまいました笑。皆さま、③のときにはご注意を）
そうこう思いを張り巡らせながら食べているとワンタンラスㇳ1個。
個人的に一番美味しい食べ方⑥でいただきました。うーん、お腹いっぱい。ご馳走様でした！
