個人的には、火入れが好みだと思っていた焼き鳥屋さんなのですが、この日の火入れは結構焼きが強くて、特に銀皮はカリカリを通り越してガチガチで食べれなかった笑
レバーやササミの火入れは、いつも通り良かった！
旬な一品料理も豊富なのは嬉しいのですが、締めものは弱目。
5月から値上げしたようです！
