新年会シーズンでフル回転のようだ〜
飲み街の2階にある、とても狭いお店
滞在時間はだいたい70分ぐらい
<注文したもの>
電話時にすき焼きもしけはしゃぶしゃぶを選んで、
人数分の野菜、お肉、玉子が準備される感じ。
足りなかったら追加していくスタイル

細白滝、ネギ、焼豆腐、椎茸、白菜、春菊
と煮込んでいくとタレを吸って、
めっちゃくちゃ美味しくなる！
椎茸は身が厚くて、香りが高い！
→お肉
群馬県の黒毛和牛らしくて、霜降りがとても均等できれい！甘いタレでさっと煮って、脂が溶けるように柔らかくて、油濃さもそこまで感じない。
1人は大体たっぷりな一口サイズがの4枚で、
満足感すごかった。
