ルミネ新宿2にあるDEAN&DELUCAです。
今回は「ロールケーキ」をテイクアウトしました。
帰って早速いただきます。
生地はふわふわで卵の風味が強く感じられます。
生クリームは甘さ控えめ、
ミルク感が強く軽い口当たりに仕上がっています。
中央に位置したカスタードは、優しい卵の風味とバニラエッセンス香る至福の味わい♪
これまで食べたロールケーキでもトップクラスに美味しいと思います。
