Just before 12 o'clock on a Saturday, I saw a store sign for the lunch menu and went down the stairs to the store on the first basement floor. When I opened the door, which was a little difficult to open, I found that there were only two male employees inside the store. -Do you have lunch? "Ah, can we have lunch?" the clerk said to the other person. Even though they have put up a signboard, what is the hesitation? (Uncomfortable feeling ①) You will be asked if you smoke or not and will be taken to the counter. From the lunch menu brought to us, I Grilled skewer set meal, and my companion 1 ordered the Shinshu salmon bowl for 1,080 yen. The interior of the store, where the background music is a bit jarring, is full of love for Nagano. The menu is all about Shinshu miso. As far as I can see, Matsumoto Yamaga FC flags from 2013 onwards are lined up. I laughed lightly at the FC's 2020 slogan, ``Makido Raicho,'' which I don't quite understand what they want to do. The first impression was fulfilling. Clockwise from the top of the photo, the ingredients are: Teppo → Green onion → Heart → Tongue → Skirt steak → Nankotsu → Green pepper → Gizzard → Momo. Seasoned with a sweet miso-based sauce, you can enjoy the taste and texture of each. Needless to say, it comes with miso soup made with Shinshu miso and rice, so you'll be completely satisfied. An assortment of Grilled skewer like this would probably cost close to 1,000 yen in Shinjuku. After paying the bill, I returned to the entrance of the store and noticed that the lunch menu sign from earlier was upside down. So I got everything right...Originally, they don't offer a lunch menu on Saturdays, but on this day, due to the staff's mistake, they had a lunch menu on the table.
