歌舞伎町のベトナム料理店「ハノイ」。
「東宝シネマ」隣「歌舞伎町ビル」B1Fにあり、老舗台湾料理店「青葉」の向かいです。
最近、何度かランチに伺ってみるもお休み。
この日覗いてみると開いていて、今は月曜以外ランチ営業されているとのことです。
歌舞伎町一等地だけあって店内はラグジュアリー。
ベトナムらしさもあり、デートにも余裕で使えそうです。
ランチメニューはフォーなどの麺類にベトナムカレーなど。
600円から650円（全て税別価格）と安く、Aセット（生春巻き、デザート）200円、Bセット（生春巻き、揚げ春巻き、デザート）400円もあります。
注文は「牛肉辛口ビーフン（ブンボーフエ）」650円。
茶褐色のスープにたっぷりの野菜、牛すじ肉が乗ってます。
まずスープをいただくと、しっかり牛中心のお出汁。
タイラーメンやフォーなどエスニック系は出汁が薄い場合もありますが、ここは旨いです。
上品で優しく、それでいて染み渡る旨味。
辛味はそれほど強くなくピリ辛で、その適度なピリ辛が食欲をそそります。
麺は平打ちのフォーでは無く丸麺の「ブン」。
しっかりコシがあり、麺としてしっかり存在感があります。
牛スジもモチモチで柔らかく、全くクセ無し。
玉ねぎやモヤシもタップリ入り、シャキシャキ食感も良いです。
ちょっと前からベトナム料理の「ブンボーフエ」にハマっているのですが、ここはかなり美味しい。
ラーメンよりヘルシーで、牛スジが乗って650円という価格も素晴らしいです。
メニューを見ると、夜の一品料理も充実。
飲み放題コースも3800円からあるので、夜にも来てみたいです。
