味噌の風味の中にベースの動物感が感じられるスープは僅かにとろみがあり、なめらかな口あたり
突出した要素はないもののバランスがよく、万人に好まれるような味わい
黄色みがかった中太ちぢれ麺はもちもちとした食感で、
長さが比較的短めなので啜るのが苦手な人でも食べやすいかもしれないと感じた
鍋を振って炒められたもやしはシャキシャキとした食感で、量感もしっかりあるため食べ応えがある
チャーシューは豚肉の繊維感が感じられるみちっとした食感
いつも前を通っているのですが今回が初めての入店になりました
スタッフの方の対応やラーメンの味などに安定感があり、
長めの営業時間含めいろんな場面で利用できるお店だと感じました
