大学時代の後輩がこのたび無事卒業＆就職ということで、お祝いしようと思い新宿近辺でレストランを探していたところ、去年の11月にオープンしたばかりのこちらの店をたまたまネットで見て、気になったので予約をお願いしました。
電話口では落ち着いた男性の店員さんが対応してくれました。
お店を利用させてもらう目的を伝え(就職、卒業のお祝い)少し広めの席をお願いしました。
そのとき一応予算なんかも伝えたところ(恥ずかしいです話ですが高そうだったのでビビりました・・・)お店の方から、『そういうことでしたら、お料理などこちらにお任せ頂ければ、ご予算内でご用意いたします。』との事で、初めての店なので不安でしたが、話を聞いてみることにしました。
すると、お店側からアレルギーや嫌いなもの、好きな食べ物、食事の量からお酒の量まで、またワインも置いているとの事で、ワインの好みなど、詳しく対応してくれました。
こちらのことを一生懸命おもてなししようという気持ちがすごく伝わってきたので、安心してお任せしました。
当日、店舗に行ったら、ガラス張りの素敵なお店が・・・新宿の喧騒が嘘のような店構え。
店内のインテリアも細部にまでこだわっていて、何よりもオープンキッチンから見える大きなピザ釜が印象的でした。
店内に入るとスタッフの元気のよい『いらっしゃいませ』の声が(少し恥ずかしかったです)、案内された席は橙色をしたゆったりと座れるソファーのテーブル席。すごく落ち着きました。
料理の味はどれもとても美味しく、店員さんがひとつひとつ丁寧に料理の説明をしてくれて、また、料理に合ったおすすめのワインなどの紹介もあり、とても楽しく食事が出来ました。
特にメイン料理ではお店のシェフ自らが料理を運んできて頂いて、お肉の詳しい説明などをして頂き、お忙しい中、本当にありがとうございました。
連れて行った後輩たちも大満足で、先輩としてすごく鼻が高かったです(笑)
今度は彼女と、また、会社の接待とかで利用したいと思います。
