After the Japan Sommelier Association regular meeting, I went to eat with my wine friends for the first time. About 8 minutes from the west exit of JR Shinjuku Station. It's located in the food district. I used Google Maps, so I was able to get there without any hesitation. Since it was early on a public holiday, I was able to make a reservation. In addition to a long counter table, there are table seats inside the store. For drinks, there was one type of wine by the glass, one type of sparkling, three types of red and white, and there were more bottles available, and I thought the prices were reasonable. If you're going to drink more than 7 glasses, it's better to order a bottle. On this day, I had it in a glass. I was advised that the food menu would be available soon, so I ordered octopus carpaccio. One of the chicken dishes that came out was very delicious and I had high hopes for the dish.  Roast chicken baked in a stone oven is the signature menu, and small pieces are also available depending on the number of people. Grain mustard and fresh black pepper are prepared as garnishes. The breast meat is tender and flavorful, and the chicken is delicious. I highly recommend it, and it's definitely something you'll want to order. The duck loin skewers had a balsamic sauce, which added to the deliciousness of the fresh duck meat. Ruisuke Aligo is a dish of mashed potatoes topped with a soft-boiled egg and truffle oil. The mashed potatoes were creamy. Finish off with carbonara. The sauce was rich and delicious. The staff were lively and the service was good. As time passed, the number of customers increased steadily. I thought it was great that there were many dishes that you could enjoy pairing with wine. Thank you for the meal.
