写真に惹かれて初めて来店
地下に進むと店内は広々としている
お店は鹿児島県産の六白黒豚の専門店になっています
ランチメニューは
とんかつやメンチカツ、豚ももの唐揚げ、
豚バラのせいろ蒸しなど豊富です
この日は春限定の
『春キャベツと黒豚蒸し団子定食』を注文しました

程なくして到着❗
綺麗な三つ葉とピチピチな肉団子
柚子の皮も添えられていて
良い香りです
蒸し団子は4つ入っていて
その下には春キャベツともやしが
引かれています
蒸し団子を箸で少し押すと
肉汁が溢れ出します
これに春キャベツともやしを乗せて
ポン酢をつけてひとくち❗
うまぁぁぁぁ
お肉も柔らかくて美味しいし
キャベツはクタクタでめちゃ甘い
もやしはややシャキシャキで
これはたまらない
ポン酢以外にも塩が付いてきたので
塩をかけて食べると
お肉とキャベツの甘味をより感じられて
これまた美味しい
これは好きすぎる
追加したメンチカツも
ピンク色で脂が甘くて美味しい✨
ライスのおかわりだけではなくて
カレーまで食べ放題でした
残念ながらランチタイムのカレーの
食べ放題は物価高騰により
2024年4月30日で終了の
