This restaurant is located in the basement of a building about a 5-minute walk from the east exit of Shinjuku Station. It is located in a prosperous area of Shinjuku, so it is easy to find. We visited to eat chicken. There were tatami rooms and private rooms, but we were guided to a private room. We ordered a course meal for 4,849 yen with 3 hours of all-you-can-drink. First, we toasted with hot water yuzu plum wine. ◆Black tea duck and radish with plum dressing I love plums, so this was great. The duck has a delicious flavor when you chew it! ◆Chicken skin ponzu sauce It's refreshing and has a good bite. It goes well with alcohol! ◆Bang Bang Chicken Salad The steamed chicken is soft and the sesame dressing is well seasoned. The second recommendation of the restaurant! ◆Chicken Tempura with matcha salt. It has a texture similar to fried chicken! But the batter is lighter than fried chicken. When you bite into it, the meat juice oozes out! ◆Chicken dashi tofu It is topped with green onions, and while you might think it's just tofu, there is also chicken in the tofu. The gentle seasoning is comforting ♡ I drank up the broth to the last drop. ◆You can choose Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) Teppan-yaki with five kinds of chicken, but since I've been eating hot pot a lot recently, I went for Teppan-yaki. I'll have it with spicy miso sauce. Chicken fillet, gizzard, chicken thigh, heart, and chicken neck The gizzard is small, but it was crunchy and delicious ♡ The chicken neck was also low in fat and easy to eat ♡ The portions of each were just right! ◆Special chicken nanban The restaurant's third recommendation! The soft chicken and sweet and spicy sauce are exquisite. I had plenty of tartar sauce ♡ ◆Tasty and spicy! Stir-fried offal I thought it would be a hearty dish, but it was healthy with plenty of onions, carrots, asparagus, and paprika, and the seasoning was refreshing like sweet and sour pork with an exquisite spiciness that made me want to eat more and more! ◆Last Ramen The aroma of yuzu wafted through the air. The white soup was very light and dashi-based. Even though I was full, I was able to eat it all in one go! ◆Yuzu Sherbet It had a nice yuzu flavor, a nice aroma, and was very refreshing ♡ Looking back, it was a really big portion ♡ What's more, it was all-you-can-drink and the price was really good value!! With the year-end party season coming up, this is a place I'd definitely like to visit ♡
