激安焼肉チェーンの職安通り店です。
新宿に数店舗ある安安の中でもここが一番きれいでしょう。
と、いうのも…オープンしてまだ1年半ほどだそうだ。納得。
店内の席は4人掛けでそれぞれ仕切られてて割と周りを気にせずに会話ができる感じ。
早速炭が運ばれてきた。
使用しているのはオガ炭と呼ばれる飲食店ではよく使われる炭。
これ爆発しないんだよね。
さて、ヤングカルビやらハラミやらタン塩やらを注文！
1皿￥300前後と考えると、この肉質なら十分美味しい！
カルビに力を入れているのだろうか…他の部位は少ないが。
あと、シーザーサラダとユッケジャンスープとビビンバをオーダー。
どれもシンプルだが焼肉とは合う調理で何気に考えてあるんだな…と。
お店のスタッフは元気で、注文を取りに行く際の「お伺いしまーす！」という声が聞こえて活気づいていました。
サワーやハイボールもあるので女性でも楽しめると思います。
※実際女性客が多かった。
あと、国産牛を提供しているらしく「個体識別番号」が表示されているのは驚いた！
この日は群馬県から入荷していたみたい。
また来ようと思います。
