JR九州ホテルブラッサム新宿というのがあってそこの 1F
和とおもてなしの空間で九州料理を、というお店
ホテルの和食屋さんだから、広々して清潔感があって
スタッフさんもきびきびしていて居心地がいい。
三代目市川猿之助の楽屋めし
三代目・市川猿之助丈の為に楽屋へお届けする弁当をアレンジしたものです。猿之助丈が好む品を少量ずつお召し上がり頂けます。だとさ
ご覧のようにお膳に盛られた幕の内弁当みたいな感じ。
海老フライ、白身魚のフライ、ぱりぱりでおいしい。
焼き魚、煮物、シラス、ひじき、明太子
それぞれ やさしい和の味付けで健康的な和定食。
ホテルの朝ごはんメニューなんだろうな。
豊富な和惣菜は お腹にやさしくて満足。
