Beef sinew stew - Domestic A5 rank Japanese black beef Sukiyaki with grated yam and sea urchin - Finishing udon - Today's dessert -------------------- Memo This is my second visit. . Hachima has a reputation for offering all-you-can-eat Sukiyaki at a great value. This time, I was attracted by the keywords "Tororo, Sea Urchin, and A5 Rank Kuroge Wagyu Beef" and ordered the sister store opening commemorative plan. It's a value-for-money course that's typical of Hachima-san, with all 7 dishes and all-you-can-drink included. The sweet sauce Ae made with the cheek meat of Kuroge Wagyu beef had a plump cheek meat. The Kuroge Wagyu beef tendon stew is simmered to a soft consistency and disappears in your mouth in no time. Both had strong flavors, so the alcohol went well. Sukiyaki is unique in that it contains grated yam and sea urchin. At first I thought there wasn't much sea urchin, but even this amount was enough to fill my mouth with the scent of sea urchin. The A5 rank Kuroge Wagyu beef is quite thick and very filling. It was a very satisfying course! Thank you for the meal.
