平日の19時半ごろに伺いました。
7割ほどの客入り。予約されている方が多いようでした。
焼き鶏から「正肉」「砂肝」「レバー」「ハツ」「つくね」をお願いしました。
その他、「若鶏軟骨のから揚げ」「馬肉（赤身）」など。
焼き鶏は、肉質の良さを感じます。火入れも程よく。
特に、ふっくらと柔らかい正肉と、ほんのり生の部分が残るレバーが抜群です。
馬肉は臭みが全くなく新鮮。九州の甘口醤油・ニンニク・生姜という間違いないコンビネーションで美味しく戴きます。
鶏も馬肉も抜群の鮮度と美味しさ。どの料理も丁寧につくられていると感じました。
ご馳走さまでした。
新宿西口の繁華街の地下1Fにあるお店です。
周囲のお店が閑散としているなか、賑わっていました。
入店時の検温とアルコール消毒があるものの、テーブル席の仕切りは簡易なもの。
テーブルの位置によっては、少々不安を感じるかも。カウンター席はしっかりした仕切りを設置されているようでした。
店員さんはとても丁寧です。清潔感は問題ありません。
