【新宿駅】新宿駅からほど近いビル5階のお店です。居酒屋がたくさん立ち並んでいる激戦区エリアですがその中でも賑わっている素敵なお店。テナント系のお店ってお店に入るまで賑わい具合がわからないので不安になります。笑
エレベーターを降りるとお家の扉のような入り口。ドアを引くと、明るい店内が広がっています。店内はたくさんの人で賑わっていて、若年層が多め。飲み放題メニューが豊富なので飲み会利用の方も大勢でした◎

◆あそばれ名物牛タンユッケ
▷▷▷薄めスライスが嬉しい牛タンユッケ。ねぎ塩がたっぷり&量もたっぷりで、牛タンの旨味がダイレクトに味わえるのが嬉しい。ユッケはもう一つ和牛を扱っているものもあってそちらもかなり気になりました‥見映えも味も良いインスタ映えも狙える一品です。
◆牛タンの炭火炙り焼き『中』
▷▷▷牛タンを美味しく食べるのは炙り焼き！今回は残念ながら元が売り切れだったので、中をいただきました。外側がカリッと中はじゅわっとの良いとこどりで食べ応えのある厚みのある牛タン。レモンと一緒にさっぱり味わうのが美味しいです。
◆霜降りタンわさ
▷▷▷初めましてのタンわさ！たっぷりのネギにとろける牛タンの相性が抜群。ほんのり香るわさびがとっても美味しくて感動。おつまみにぴったりな一品でした。
◆牛タンシチュー
▷▷▷バケット付きが嬉しい牛タンシチュー。プラス100円でバケット3枚が追加できるのでもちろん追加。濃厚シチューにピッタリなんです。そして牛タンのサイズはとっても大きくて食べ応え抜群！お店おすすめのメニューなことだけある‥！素敵な一品でした。
◆あそばれレバテキ
▷▷▷外側カリッと中はレバー本来の美味しさを楽しめるレバテキ。想像以上に美味しくて、牛タン以外のメニューも素敵だと確信。メニュー数自体が多いわけではないのですがどれも美味しそうで迷ってしまいます。
◆クリームチーズとチャンジャ
▷▷▷おつまみメニューはこちらをチョイス。どちらも相性が合わないわけがなく‥申し分のない美味しさ！クリームチーズチャンジャはクリームチーズのもったり感とチャンジャ特有の相性が良く
お酒が進む美味しさでした。
◆炭火焼きカマンベールチーズの蜂蜜がけ
▷▷▷さっくりしたクラッカーと焼きカマンベールチーズ×蜂蜜など合わないわけがない‥！ブラックペッパーの感じもよくおつまみにぴったりでした。
◆あそばれ和牛茶漬け
▷▷▷この日はお茶漬けで締め。旨味たっぷりの和牛出汁に加え、脂が程よいのに重たくなくサラッと食べられる一品でした。
よくある居酒屋さんとは少し違う牛タンに特化した居酒屋さん。どれもクオリティが高くてとっても美味しかったです。新宿に行った際は覚えておきたいお店、ご馳走様でした！
