今回は嫁・子供達とではなく、仕事で都庁前駅に行った際に伺いました。
場所は同駅から徒歩数分。スパニッシュバル、Ricoさんです(●･ω･)/
国際デザインコンペティション「A'Design Award 2016」で世界ランク2位に選ばれたという内装が、実にモダンな同店。
さっそく着座し、以下をオーダーしました。
①イワシの酢漬けと青しし唐辛子のピンチョス
：脂の乗った鰯は臭みもなく、すっきりとした白ワインと合わせたくなる一品です。
②タコとじゃがいものガリシア風
：たこ・じゃがいもをパプリカとオリーブオイルの香りと共にいただきます。
③ 緑野菜のカタルーニャ風
：シンプルだからこそ、素材と技術を感じます。
④ブラックアンガスビーフのグリル
：赤身の美味しさが良い塩で引き立てられています。
⑤ブラータチーズ
：トロッとミルキーな味わいなチーズです。
解放的かつ洗練された空間でいただくスペイン料理は、格別な味わい。
