初訪問です。
新宿歌舞伎町東宝ビルの1階、
新宿三丁目駅から徒歩6〜7分の場所にあるこちら。
平日の昼12時半ごろの訪問で店内は1割ほどの入り具合でした。
店はテラス席とテーブル席があり、テラス席のが利用していた人が多かったです？
本日頼んだのは、
チェダーチーズバーガー 1,500円
6〜7分で運ばれてきました。
ポテト大量に、両サイドにハンバーガーのパーツがおかれていました。
片方はバンズの上にパテ、そしてその上にたっぷりのチェダーチーズ。もう一方はバンズの上にレタス、トマト、少し火を通したオニオンがのっています。ハンバーガー用の紙袋があるからやはりこれに入れるんだと思うのですが、チーズがトロトロすぎて上手く持てるわけがない。。
これどうしろと？正解は片方をその上にのせてナイフとフォークかと食べ終わってから思いました。
ただ、今回ははさんで無理やり持って紙の中へ入れました。
ただ味はとても良かったです。トロトロチーズはコクが薄く液状だったのは残念も、パテはフワフワでやわらかくジューシーでした。レタスもシャキシャキでさっぱりするし、トマトも厚みがあって甘みがある。オニオンの火の入りもちょうど良くほどよくシャキシャキ感があって甘さもありました。バンズもフワフワして小麦の甘さがありました。
ポテトはほどよい塩加減でした。
ハンバーガーにとりきれなかったチーズや真ん中のソースをつけて食べました。
このソースが美味しい！てりやきバーガーのような味なのですが、ポテトにもあうしハンバーガーにもあいました。
最後はほぼハンバーガーにソースをつけながら食べました。
今回はなんとなくでチェダーチーズバーガーにしましたが、店頭を見ると「パスタ800円〜」という文字が大きかったし、夜のメニューだと牡蠣やハム、チーズのメニューが多かったです。
パスタも気になったけどルーロー飯も気になるところ、次はその辺りにしようと思います。
