この日は、TOHO新宿へ映画を観に。
映画が終わるとちょうどお昼時。
どこかでランチでもと。
この日は、あまりお店を探したりという
エネルギーがなく、
こちらのビル1階飲食街の
お店から物色することに。
その中から、久しぶりに焼肉ランチ
というのもいいかと
こちらへ入ることに。
入り口は、新宿TOHOビル1階
飲食フロワー、
ヒューマックスパビリオンなどが
面しているシネシティ広場側となります。

・黒毛和牛焼肉御前 ＠1500

シックできれいな清潔感ある店内は、
「ここは焼肉屋さん？」と
一瞬間違うような。
「1人」と告げるカウンターへ
案内をしていただきました。
カウンターの上には網が
しっかりとセットしてあります。
オープンキッチンで目の前で
準備している姿を見るのは不思議な感じ。
たまたま訪れた日が、
”毎月29日はトラジ和牛の日！”
というのを開催しており、
トラジ和牛を提供する
メニューがあるのだとか。
"黒毛和牛焼肉御前"というのがそれで、
せっかくなのでお願いしました。
黒毛和牛焼肉御前ですが、
赤身がきれいな和牛に
それと同じ色のスムージーが
ついているのが面白いですね。
この手の物をあまりいただく機会が
ないので、スムージーから手に。
なんとも不思議なお味ですね。
さて、お肉を網でゆっくりと焼き
いただきます。
特別やわらかということはないですが、
しっかりした歯応えがいいですね。
ガツガツいく感じではなく、
のんびり肉を焼いてはいただく
という上品さが。
〆にアイスが出たのには、びっくり。
久しぶりにアイスキャンディーを
いただきましたが、
やっぱりいいものですね。
店員さんの接客態度はさすが。
身なりに言葉も丁寧。
残念だったのは、
オープンキッチンだったので
厨房での会話も耳にするのですが、
そこでの言葉はちょっと荒っぽい
というかきつめの言葉も。
こういうのは、耳にしたくないんですよね。
全体的にさすがトラジという
クォリティだったので
残念だったところが
一番強く印象に残ってしまいました。
