I went on a Sunday night at 9pm. I made a reservation and sat at the iron plate counter seat. The restaurant was almost full of foreign customers. Start eating while watching the food being prepared in front of you. First, we had bottled beer and grilled gansu. Gansu is a Hiroshima specialty made of fish white meat made into a paste and fried in breadcrumbs. I had it grilled quickly on the iron plate in front of me. It goes well with bottled beer. Next, I ordered Senpuku cold sake and Hiroshima na kimchi. Hiroshima's sake is slightly sweet and delicious. Hiroshima greens also went well with sake. Next, I ordered red wine and beef skirt Teppan-yaki. After all, the meat is delicious. It went well with wine. To finish off the meal, I ordered Okonomiyaki Nikutama soba with toppings, squid tempura, and green onion. It was topped with plenty of sauce and mayonnaise. It was delicious. It went well with the drink Calpis Sour.
