4月上旬、暑さがちらほらと感じられる月曜日の午後1時、夜は肉メインの居酒屋に足を踏み入れました。
この店はカウンターがメインの配置で、数席のテーブルも配されており、待ち時間なしで快適に入店することができました。
夜は肉料理を中心にした居酒屋として営業しており、昼間からその準備のためか、肉のいい香りが漂っていました。
昼時にも関わらず、その日もサラリーマンや学生が定食を求めて訪れていました。
私が選んだのは「デミチキンカツ定食」。
ご飯は少なめ、キャベツは大盛りで注文しました。卓上には和風タマネギドレッシングが備え付けられており、その甘みと酸味が食欲をそそります。
定食には、このドレッシングを使ったサラダの他、味噌汁、漬物、そして小鉢が添えられていました。
デミチキンカツのメインは、大きなモモ肉を贅沢に一枚使用した料理で、そのボリュームとジューシーさが際立っています。
衣は外はサクサク、中は肉の旨味がギュッと詰まっており、デミグラスソースとの絶妙な組み合わせが口の中で広がります。
キャベツはチキンカツの下に敷かれ、カツから滴る肉汁とデミグラスソースが絡み合い、一層の味わいを加えていました。
小鉢のマカロニサラダは、クリーミーな味わいが特徴で、食事の間にさっぱりとした口当たりを提供してくれます。
漬物は壺漬けで、昔ながらの深い味わいが感じられ、食事の合間には箸休めにもなります。
噌汁は白味噌をベースにしたワカメの味噌汁で、そのまろやかで優しい味が食事の最後を締めくくるのにぴったりでした。
支払いは一部キャッシュレス対応でPayPayを使用。
レジでの支払いもスムーズで、現金を持たない私にとっては非常に便利でした。
この居酒屋は、昼は手軽に美味しい定食を提供し、夜はガッツリとした肉料理を楽しめる居酒屋としても機能しています。
どちらの時間帯も質の高い食事を提供することで、幅広い客層に支持されており、食事のためだけでなく、一時の息抜きにも最適な場所です。
