靖国通り沿い、雑居ビルの５階。元々は三軒茶屋にあった店の新宿店でしたが、コロナ禍で休業中に本店が閉店。事実上の移転ですね。
休業明けに訪問。酒１合、ワイン２杯、料理３品で、〆て５２４０円でした。...
土曜夕方に18時頃に訪問。店内は4割程度の入り状況でした。
注文は(記憶がおぼろげですが)、
・パクチーサラダ
・タマネギの炭火焼
・馬肉の？
・モツ煮
・岩魚の塩焼き
・肉5点盛り...
ここは何回も利用してるけど、
（全てコロナの前に行ってる）
とにかくオーダーが遅い。
オーダーを取りに来るのも、
オーダーした商品を持ってくるのも。
広さの割に人が足りてないんかな？...
店の内装、雰囲気は良い。
カウンターも個室も使いやすいと思う。
味は全体的にちょっとしょっぱい。美味しくないとは言わない。
猪、鹿、鶉、ジビエがウリで出しているけど、野生感はあんまり感じられ...
料理の素晴らしさ… 新宿でジビエのお店は沢山ありますが、ここのお店の料理は味もさながら気が利いており、工夫もみえて楽しませてくれます。
ただ、一部の店員さんが怖い……。忙しくて余裕がないのかなと...
雰囲気良かった
猿酒というフルーツを入れた日本酒が美味しすぎて止まらなかった
