新宿御苑近くの某所に所用があり、天気も良いところに持ってきて早めに着いたので、新宿門からスイカで入園しました。
幼稚園の遠足が集中しているのか、幼児だらけ。
こんなに広いところを駆け回ることも無いのか、楽しそうではあるが戸惑っている子も多くいました。
付添の保護者たちの方が楽しそう。
誰もが知っている新宿御苑ですが、入るのは初めてで、広大さに驚きました。
さて、歩き疲れたので休憩しましょう。
園内には休憩できる場所が何箇所かあり、私が寄ったのは中央休憩所です。
笹屋伊織が店を出していて、窓口で買い求めて、テーブル席で休憩がてら飲食もできます。
アイスコーヒーをいただきます。
ソフトクリームがウリのようですが、お腹に来るとこの後の所用に差し支えるので、次回にしましょう。
角のテーブル席に着席。
開放的で明るい店内からは公園がよく見えるので、景色が良くてくつろげる。
時間が迫ってきたので、そろそろ出ます。
園内広すぎて半分も見られなかったので、再訪したいと思います。
その時は、お菓子やソフトクリームをいただこうと思います。
点数のほとんどは立地と景色です。
