サラダの専門店です。メイン価格帯のサラダ5種類と高価格帯サラダ2種類がありカスタマイズもできます。
新宿の客先訪問後に入店し、メイン価格帯(スタイルサラダという名称)のブルックリンというローストビーフやボイルドエッグが入ったサラダのレギュラーサイズ980円を注文しました。
写真ではわかりにくいかもしれませんが容器はかなり大きいサイズです。直径18cmくらいでしょうか、全然違ったらすみません。
でも、以前1度入った際にミラノというサラダを頼んだのですがその時の方が量が多かったような気がしないでもないです。
味は非常においしいです。食材、ドレッシングのバランスが良く、量が多くラーメン的な表現ですとわしわし食べれます。生魚の切り身(スモークサーモン？いや違うような？)が入っているのが特徴的です。
気になるのは価格帯で、会社員向けランチより少々お高めだと思います。しかし健康的な食事は高価なものだと認識するしかないでしょうか。
