日本1号店である新宿「800°DEGREES NEAPOLITAN PIZZERIA（エイドハンドレッド ディグリーズ ナポリタン ピッツェリア）」
2016年に新宿駅新南口に完成した『NEWoMan』にオープン。新宿にて、日本に初上陸を果たした、アメリカ西海岸発の人気ピッツェリア。
「プレミアム・ファスト・カジュアル・レストラン」がコンセプト。約40種類の具材の中から、お客様が自由にカスタムメイドできることも魅力の1つ。
店名にもなっている『800°』とは、華氏800度にこだわってピッツァを焼き上げることから。伝統的なナポリピッツァを再現するため、ガスや電気ではなく薪窯で約90秒間で焼き上げられる本格ナポリピッツァ。
2012年シェフ兼創業者のアンソニー・キャロンがLAウェストウッドに1号店 をオープン。ロサンゼルスで（2012年に）お店を始めたとき、フレッシュなピッツァを自由にカスタマイズするという従来にはないスタイルで、ピザに革命が起こりました。
カフェタイム利用。「シトラス蜂蜜フロマージュブランソフトクリーム」をお願いしました。
【デザート】
「シトラス蜂蜜フロマージュブランソフトクリーム」
フレッシュチーズを約半分の量使った濃厚なソフトクリームに、蜂蜜と削りたてのパルミジャーノ・レッジャーノチーズをトッピング。まずはフロマージュブランのアイスクリーム単体を楽しみ、そのあととろーりかかった蜂蜜と一緒に味に変化をもたらせ、いただきます。チーズの塩気も、甘さを引き出す良いアクセントとなっていて、いろいろな楽しみ方の出来るソフトクリームです。
お姉さんの気持ちの良い接客もあり、応援したくなる居心地のよさでした。
JRの小会社ルミネの経営だそうですが、会社の近くの国際フォーラムがなくなってしまったので、ここは長く頑張ってほしいですね。JR駅から数秒に位置することと、オールデイユース型カフェとしても利用可能なので、覚えておくと便利です。
